If you need temporary support, for example to replace an HR professional in your department or if you want to have a certain HR project carried out that you can't get around to due to busy times, then you have come to the right place. We can take on an assignment for a minimum period of 3 months at an interim rate.
We accompany and lead a (cultural) change process together with the HR department or the Management Team. We have a so-called Viral Change approach that is approached bottom up and supported by the management or the board. We work with the most influential employees (key persons) to determine together the new desired behavior and attitude needed to achieve the strategy. This is a process of 3-6 months in which the employee is leading in determining and automatically creating support for the desired cultural change in the organization.
Sparring partner in start-up or ongoing HR projects
We like to be the sparring partner of the HR manager/director whereby we provide advice and assistance so that the implementation of an HR project can be accelerated and specific knowledge can be provided to make the projects successful that end up in a damned corner due to the delusion of the day.
The intake is always free and takes up to 1.5 hours of your time. Together we identify the needs and the current HR projects that need acceleration or start-up. Together we identify what is lacking in HR experience and in this way can fill in what is needed.
After the intake, we create a plan of action for the client and establish a timeline and priorities.
Implementation of the plan
If we come to an agreement on the scope of the project, the expectations and the deliverables, we both sign the agreement and start the adventure together in a partnership. We know that projects only succeed when there is internal support.
