Improve and optimize collaboration and communication within our team and with the organization.
After the intake interview with coach Ella Taal, we started with a self-assessment . During the intake it became clear what our strong and weak points were. As well as our (individual) way of communicating and our opportunities for further growth.
During the sessions, we were introduced to "Action Learning. It is an approach that allows you to take responsibility and solve problems by using your own innovative power.
The trainings were very relevant and to the point. We immediately used 'Action Learning' to jointly address current issues.
Between sessions we had individual coaching sessions where we used the 'Action Learning' skills to zoom in on our personal situations.
As a result, this program has given us the opportunity to address our issues and create more engagement.
As a result, we are now truly a team and more aware of our own responsibilities. We listen to each other more and therefore now work better together.
Ultimately, the team program resulted in higher quality and saved a lot of time and money.

Ella supported our company through leadership training a few years ago.
I was part of this training and really enjoyed it as well as significant insights that really helped me. The leadership training has really changed my perception about my career which has allowed me to better focus my energy on those areas that are essential and relevant to me which has also allowed me to achieve my work ambitions. I have also found the right balance to integrate my family life and give it the attention it deserves.

Aeson is a company that is growing from a pioneering period into a more and more structured organization. Part of the growth was the merger of a previously split-off company and a move to a new location. During attempts to structure and organize the company, we kept running into the motivation of the people. Valuable and until then very committed employees complained about the changes and offered resistance.
The task for Ella was to advise and coach in such a way that people would enjoy their work again and cooperate in structuring it.
In consultation, we decided in a short period of time, to have everyone, employees and management, talk to Ella and based on Motivation Factor. Everyone would tell his or her story with Ella in personal and confidential conversations.
Each would determine what his or her own objective was in the enterprise, what was costing him or her the most energy, and how to deal with it.
Then, based on a DISC assessment, we would determine everyone's character and discuss how we interact with each other in a team-forming session.
In the meantime, conversations are possible again, many painful issues are on the table and have become open for discussion. The employees and management also understand each other's behavior better. The company is growing again.
Old sores wear off slowly and guidance remains necessary but people enjoy their work again.
