Before the trip we will have an intake meeting in the Netherlands with your personal Awareness in Business coach. During this intake we get to know each other and formulate your learning goals together.

Using these program elements, you will work, in pairs, groups or individually, on the learning objectives you have predetermined. Each day the different elements will be addressed. 

The daily changing program is provided with healthy and delicious cuisine, yoga class, massage, restful moments and activities such as hiking in the beautiful nature of Mallorca activities such as diving, sea canoeing and sailing.

Nina Verbeek will be catering during the retreat with the most delicious recipes from her cookbook "Osa Major.

The cookbook is a tribute to the place, the people, the valley and the island of Mallorca, knowing that this story is far from finished. It contains more than 70 vegetarian recipes, with fresh products, full of flavor.

She is happy to provide these delicious recipes and drinks during the team retreat on the magical hills of Villa Osa Major.
