Team Dynamics
How is your team dynamic and how aware are the individuals on your team? Your group is facing a task. Do the extroverts quickly take the lead? And do you notice that the majority often go along with this? Do you recognize that some do want to say something, but don't do it anyway and thus the full potential of the group is not used? Fortunately, it can be done differently!
Self-Awareness Tools
In our Team Coaching programs we work with various self-awareness tools such as DISC. This will make individuals in your team aware of their own preferred communication style, needs, talents and their intrinsic motivation. This creates a self-aware team.
Better Results
Our approach leads to realistic self-assessment. Being aware of your own personality and the way you act and react helps you to use your personal qualities for better team cooperation, leading to better results in a broad sense.
Team Coaching Pathways
Our Team Coaching programs are customized. We will look at what it takes for your team to become more self-aware. A program can consist of team workshops, individual training days, a one-time 5-day program, or repeated team sessions over a longer period of time.
Program Components
Day 1: Objective with Team Leader
We start the program with an intake with the manager of the team. In this we discuss the common goal and desired outcomes of the team program.
Day 2 & 3: Intakes with each Team Member.
In preparation for the program, each individual receives an email to use self-assessment tools by completing questionnaires. The outcome of these questionnaires are input for the personal coaching session with one of the Awareness in Business coaches.
During the intakes, team members are made even more aware of their own preferred communication style, needs, talents and intrinsic motivation. Personal learning goals are also formulated in the process.
Day 4 & 5: Effective Communication & Collaboration Training.
The last two days consist of a training where, based on the intakes and outcomes of the tools, your team will work to apply this in practice. The training is provided by two Awareness in Business coaches where there is attention for both process and content. The result is that your team will communicate and work together even more consciously.
