We offer several (year) programs that improve the effectiveness of your Management Team. It starts with awareness of your own personality and qualities and those of your colleagues, strengthens communication and team spirit and brings more results and job satisfaction.
Then we look at team dynamics and stages of development on a scale of collaboration. How do we relate to each other and how do we make sure that from our own specialism we pull together to achieve a higher goal with each other.
Focus on why, rather than how and what
The most successful companies often have a clear and simple strategy that everyone can easily conform to. And these organizations are value-driven rather than money-driven, which connects and engages the intrinsic motivation of each individual.
Our collaborative approach
We start with an individual program for all MT members in which self-awareness is the most important step in the desired change. This can be done in a light version but also in a heavier version depending on the need.
Then we draw up an annual program for the MT to shape the change. The MT as the most important steer and the engine of the desired change in the organization. We start with an o-measurement of the MT in the areas of cooperation, communication and leadership. Each quarter we take the next step in the development towards the predetermined goal.
After a year, we measure the state of affairs again and can use the measurement to start the next intervention together. During the development year we see for ourselves which gaps and blockages still exist that prevent the organization from migrating to the next level. These blockages are then addressed in separate working groups with or without our support. ,
The result is usually a much more focused and efficient organization with leaders and employees who are much more aware of their specific needs and talents and of each other's needs and talents. We believe that leaders who truly value (appreciate) their people, who energize and give real attention, and who do so with a high degree of dedication, can be transformative. That is why we offer a specially designed L.E.A.D program for leaders and (senior) managers. LEAD stands for: Love, Energy, Attention and Dedication. Every human being needs the above and it has to be done with a certain dedication.
